Unknown thieves forced a South African businessman to strip, superglued him to his training bicycle and robbed him.
An unidentified group forced a South African to strip naked and them glued him to his exercise bike so they could rob his house, local media reported.
The robbers kidnapped the businessman in a street in Johannesburg and, threatening him with a gun, forced him to take them to his home.
There they stripped him naked and glued his hands and feet to his exercise bike. They also used superglue to glue his lips together so he would not scream, a spokesman for the emergency service said.
The businessman was saved after three hours when his wife arrived home. It has not been revealed what had been stolen from the house.
South Africa, a country that will host the World Soccer Championship in 2010, has one of the highest crime rates in the world.
