The soldier believes the nickname is demeaning, seeing how Paris Hilton, in his opinion, is a white female with a bad reputation.
British soldier Kerry Hylton decided to sue the army because of his embarrassing nickname, given to him by fellow soldiers, Daily Express writes.
They called him Paris, after the rich American blonde Paris Hilton, daughter of the luxurious hotel chain owner.
He says he started the law suit due to racial discrimination, and most of all, he was angry because his colleagues took no regard of his pleas to stop calling him Paris.
Hylton believes the nickname is demeaning, seeing how Paris Hilton, in his opinion, is a white female with a bad reputation.
The angry 33-year-old Jamaica-born soldier added he was also called other racist names.
