ATLANTA, Jan. 18 (UPI) -- An Atlanta clothing store owner said his business was hit by smash-and-grab burglars seeking blue jeans twice in as many days.

Winter Hodges, owner of the 310 Rosemont boutique on North Highland Avenue, said the first burglary took place around 3:30 a.m. Monday and burglars struck again about 24 hours later, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported Wednesday.

Hodges said his front window was smashed in both crimes and the culprits took high-end True Religion jeans and women's accessories. He said the merchandise stolen in both burglaries totals about $25,000.

He said the crimes will not stop him from keeping his business in the area.

"I'm not going to let two nights' worth of glass breaking and some denim stealing shatter my dreams to be a part of the community," Hodges said.
