Kieran O\'Halloran asked prostitutes to bring him little girls into his hotel room, promising to pay over 10,000 euros.
Irishman Kieran O`Halloran (48), former UN commander in Croatia, faced a court because he requested sexual favours from children, the Belfast Telegraph writes.
He was arrested after asking two prostitutes to bring him little children into his hotel room, as he wanted sexual relations with them. O`Halloran offered over 10,000 euros to the prostitutes for every child they bring and he also requested photos of newborn babies with their genitalia visible.
He resigned in 2001 when the first accusations were stated. He was first arrested in 2003 in Dublin, when he requested a prostitute to bring him a 10-year-old girl.
However, the woman reported him to the police and he was sentenced to three years in prison. The sentence was later suspended, but he did the same thing once again. O`Halloran, who lived in Croatia for a year, wanted little girls for sexual favours on two more occasions.
