VIDEO: Statue of Liberty Replica Destroyed

The video shows the slogans “We Do Not Want Your Freedom” and “Death to America”. Unknown people decapitated a statue’s head.

Less than a month ago, a replica of the Statue of Liberty was stolen from the Vox Pop store in Brooklyn. A video has appeared on YouTube, which CNN calls disturbing. Freedom, who has a blindfold on its eyes, has its head cut off and then totally destroyed.

The start of the video recording shows the American flag, and then a man who has gloves on his hands cuts the head off, and then destroys it. Besides that the slogans “We Do Not Want Your Freedom” and “Death to America” appear in it.

The video was sent to Daily News via email, as well as to the head of the store Debi Ryan. Debi says she is certain that it was the statue stolen from the store, because it was unique.

It is still not known who sent the video, and the police have started an investigation. The recording is reminiscent of the executions that the Taliban prefer, or other terrorist organizations.
