The key is in the hands of Kostunica who failed to order the arrest of Mladic all these years.
Intelligence agencies of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Serbia have been holding weekly meetings in Belgrade for the past several months, to exchange information on the movements of war criminals Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic, Sarajevo’s Dnevni avaz writes.
Despite cooperation and the search for the two most wanted runaways, there are no results. One of the participants of the meetings said that none of the three intelligence agencies had any information about Karadzic’s whereabouts.
Karadzic is n Russia, Greece, Serbia, Montenegro…
-- We all bring something to the talks. Some brought information that Karadzic was in Russia, then in Greece, then on the border between Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia. Those were operative data, therefore, not verified information we deal with. According to the latest information exchanged in Belgrade, last week Karadzic as if he disappeared from the face of the Earth – said the Dnevni avaz source.
There is much operative intelligence on Mladic, according to which the warlord indicted of, next to Karadzic, the genocide in Srebrenica among other things, is located on Serbian territory and still being protected by Belgrade’s military and intelligence structures.
The key is in the hands of Vojislav Kostunica
The key to the problem is in the hands of the still incumbent Serbian Premier Vojislav Kostunica, who has not, in all these years, issued an order for Mladic’s arrest, even after the issuing of the Plan for the arrest of the runaway general.
