Powerful Storms Boost Year's Rainfall Level, Might Have Caused House Fire

This past weekend's heavy rain and storms cut short a Washington Nationals game but allowed outdoor commencements to go on, raised the year's rainfall level above normal and might have caused a $700,000 fire in Silver Spring.
