Clinton: DPRK doesn't deserve attention

WASHINGTON, July 20 (Xinhua) -- What the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has been doing does not deserve international attention it wants to get, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton has said.
