Northrop: Boeing has 'unfair' edge in tanker deal

WASHINGTON -- The Pentagon has given Boeing Co. an "unfair" advantage in the latest competition for a troubled $35 billion tanker contract, a Northrop Grumman Corp. executive said Tuesday.
