Libya's New Rulers Believe Qaddafi Hiding in South

Libya's new rulers believe Moammar al-Qaddafi may be hiding in the southern desert, possibly in a vast area near the Algerian border, under the protection of ethnic Tuareg fighters, an official said Wednesday.
