Russia urges Israel, Lebanon to exercise restraint

MOSCOW, Jan. 8 (Xinhua) -- The Russian Foreign Ministry on Thursday called on Israel and Lebanon to exercise restraint following a brief exchange of fire on the border between the two countries.
