Freak weather death toll mounts

Police in the Scottish Highlands confirmed tonight that three climbers had died after an avalanche on a mountain during a day of freak weather across Europe.The alarm was raised about noon today when helicopters were scrambled to Buachaille Etive Mor in Glencoe.
