The FBI has announced that a body found in an SUV is believed to be that of actress Jennifer Hudson's missing 7-year-old nephew. The boy has been missing since Hudson's mother and brother were slain last week. Police said the slayings appeared to be part of a domestic disturbance.

Keanu Reeves is in court over a run-in with a photographer. A paparazzo is suing the actor over a March 2007 accident in which he fell while photographing the star behind the wheel of his Porsche. A judge has already thrown out the possibility of punitive damages and other claims by the photographer.

"Saturday Night Live" veteran Amy Poehler has given birth to a boy and will not return to the NBC show. Poehler, who is married to actor Will Arnett, gave birth to Archie Arnett on Saturday. The 37 year old comedienne, who has starred on the TV sketch show since 2001, will not return to the program as a regular cast member.

These three topped a list of the 20 creepiest celebrities, released by market research firm e-Poll, which tracks the popularity of actors, musicians. A few others that made the list: Woody Allen, Ozzy Osbourne, and Keith Richards.
