Perfect Your Smokey Eyes Look

- Before applying make-up, it is always good to use a concealer to cover up dark circles and wrinkles under your eyes. Chose a shade that is slightly lighter than your natural skin tone. Don`t apply too much and blend it well.

- To get the most of the smokey eyes look, it is paramount to choose a quality eyeliner which needs to be a bit creamy. Apply it on the inner and outer side of your upper and lower lid, and use an eyeliner brush to smudge it.

- The next step is to apply suitable eye shadow. Grey, violet and blue shades are mostly used.

The upper lid: to additionally emphasise your eyes, add a lighter shade above your lid, all the way to the brow, at the same time blending it in with the previously applied darker shade. Shade the pigment from the darker to lighter shade from the lower part of the lid towards the upper, finishing with the light shade near the eyebrow.

- Apply a subtle highlight to the outer corner with a metallic shadow of the same colour you are using.

The lower lid: After applying the eyeliner, smudge it and apply eyes shadow along the lash line, softening it up.

Apply a thick coat of mascara for the finishing touch. Comb your lashes to separate them and prevent them from clumping, curl them with a curler and apply at least two coats of mascara.

You are now officially ready for action, because this is a vamp look which will give you more self-confidence.
