A protester throws green custard over British Business Secretary Peter Mandelson.
British Business Secretary Peter Mandelson arrives for a morning meeting in London promoting low-carbon industries.
Then this happens.
The green liquid is custard thrown by a protester from Plane Stupid, a group who are against the expansion of London's Heathrow airport.
Leila Deen explains why she launched her green attack.
(SOUNDBITE)(English) CLIMATE PROTESTER, LEILA DEEN SAYING:
"I came here this morning because Peter Mandelson is coming here to give a speech on low carbon industry. Peter Mandelson is the same person who effectively bullied Ed Miliband and other members of the cabinet to accept a third runway that nobody wants. A third runway that no one was consulted on and that no one is able to say no to. It's not right that someone like Peter Mandelson can stand up and talk about being green. The only thing green about Peter Mandelson is the slime coursing through his veins."
Mandelson spoke to reporters after cleaning himself up, but custard spots were visible.

"I don't quite know what the point she was making because she was so busy throwing what seemed like green soup or something in my face that she failed to tell me what the protest was about, but as you can see it wasn't paint and I've come through it intact."
In January much to the dismay of environmental groups, the government approved plans to add a third runway and expand the terminal building.
This isn't the first time Plane Stupid have launched a high-profile protest, last year they scaled the roofs of the House of Commons hanging banners from the parliamentary building.
