Bomba koja eksplodirala u sjevernoj Španjolskoj djelo je ETA-e, tvrde članovi Partije socijalista.
Police from the Basque region in Northern Spain have said there is extensive damage following a bomb explosion in the early hours of Monday morning (February 23).
There are no reports of any injuries from the blast which happened outside the headquarters of the Basque Socialist Party in Lazkao.
The explosion took place at 3:00 am - nearly two hours after Spain's DYA road assistance service received a telephone warning claiming to be from Basque separatist group ETA.
Minutes before the telephone warning, a routine police patrol spotted a rucksack outside the Socialist Party building. The area was cordoned off and the bomb exploded shortly afterwards.
ETA has been blamed for the deaths of hundreds of people in a four-decade campaign for an independent Basque homeland in Northern Spain.
Polls published on Sunday showed the moderate Basque Nationalist Party (PNV) could lose its near 30-year hold of the Basque region to the Socialists in the upcoming regional elections.
